Peoples words, actions, behaviours and presence has an impact on one another, as explained in the context of the person-situation interaction i.e., who a person is merged and the situation they are in, effects their behaviour e.g., personal interactions versus group dynamics

Social constructionism – entails the extraction of understanding and perceptions from our social context, since our individual reality, is based on assumptions we share with others. Whilst, social norms are expected modes of thinking, feeling and behaving shared by group members, and perceived by them as appropriate. Thus, any perceived social violations can result in consequences, including reputationally through gossip, judgments, rejection or actual condemnation, or enforced through social punishments including bullying, harassment, or false complaints.
